Life is a Beach - Friends Adventure

Hello, my daughter and son will be celebrating summer in a special way, swimming with the dolphins at the Miami Seaquarium on Saturday.  Since is our best friend birthday, they are going to have a very special celebration.  For the occasion, I just wants to create a portrate frame to remember the event.

First I used Life is a Beach for the dolphins.  I cut the waves border twice in light blue and the dolphins border in dark grey. The waves were painted with white acrylic to highlight the border.  The dolphins were cut a little bit to show over the waves.  The picture frame is for a picture 5" x 7" in white cardstock.  The letters also are from LIB, friends adventure and the sun.  The cloud is from Paper dolls for everyday.

For this project, I used the Cricut Craft Room and save my file.  Transfer the file to  my computer and then to my gypsy, and it was so cool to do it!  I fell like a pro!!

I hope they like it, because I love it!!!!

Cricut Craft Room Exclusives - Fahers Day

On Fathers Day my children went very creative.  Each of them did a canvas picture to Dad, a picture frame and a cup designed.  Mom have to be creative too with the card and bags.

First Patty's card:

Then Carlos card:

And my turned, just Dad making BBQ with his radio on!

And now time for the gifts.

In this two bags, I used the limited time offer images from Fathers Day from the Cricut Craft Room.  These are my first bags, and definitely, not the last ones.  I love the idea that they are unique.

Mini Monograms - Napkin ring & cup holders

OMG It's summer time!  I been busy with the kids and not crafting a lot.  I did a Creative Memory Party in my house and invited my friends.  We had a great time and now I had two new cartdriges from CM Traveler and Divine Wedding.  For the party I used my very old cartdrige Mini Monograms.

For the wine cups I did the monograms with different combination of animals and colors to every guest to have their unique charm:

For the napkin rings I did suns and circle rings.

And for every guest, I did a monogram card with their initials.  Everybody love it.  I wrap it with a plastic bag and place a sticker Thanking them for coming to the Scrap booking Party.

IT WAS A GREAT TIME TO SEE NEW PRODUCTS AND TO HAVE A GET TOGETHER WITH MY FRIENDS,  THANKS

Locker Talk - Math Card Birthday

OK! This one is very interesting.  My daughter has to do a project of 3 mathematics, and one of them has to share her birthday.  Then the second part is do a birthday card for the one that share the birthday.  Well, very interesting!!! We found that on Oct 22, Rolf Herman Nevanlinna.  Know the fun part, create a birthday card to him when he will be 177 years old.

Math + Card + birthday = 177 years

Ok, I started looking for cards and I found in Locker Talk one with a different shape, cut 5 x 10.
Then this cute birthday cat is from Birthday Bash and fun colors to highlight.  The different numbers and math signs are from Birthday Bash.  I cut two sets in different colors to coordinate.

The Happy Birthday sign is also from Birthday Bash, cut 4.89 x 2.19, in blue and purple.  I used the foam squares to big dimension.  For the banner is used the Birthday Bash that has a bird on top but I cut it.  The inside of the banner is in gin gang blue and yellow to have more color, and the year of course, 117!

Then Mr. Rofl Herman Nevanlinna needs and envelope.  Wild

Final product, I hope Mom had an A+.

Country Life - signs cook and bake (1")
